For damaged items, if your product arrived damaged or leaked, email us within 5 days of receipt at the same address. Please provide your order number, invoice copy, a description of the issue, and supportive images or videos, including the batch number located near the product's price.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order by emailing us within 2 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. If you choose not to accept the delivery, please note that the order cannot be returned once delivered.
